Please note: If your product arrives damaged, please contact the carrier that delivered your package(s) within 24 hours of receipt. TMT Toolbox cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.

returns & Refunds

Policy Effective: February 7th, 2020

If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, call 865-724-2516 to return unmarked and unused item(s) in its original packaging within 30 days, with your receipt for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Delivery:

99% of all orders submitted prior to 3:00 EST ship the Same Day… Excludes Machinery & Non-Stock Items.

We will ship via UPS. Area restrictions may apply.

Free Shipping:

We sometimes offer free shipping! In those instances, free shipping is applicable to orders in the contiguous United States and that do not surpass the 50 lbs. weight limit or are considered over-sized. Other restrictions may apply.

Track It:

From the minute your order goes into our system, you can receive an order confirmation. Then when the order is picked, packed, invoiced, and shipped, you will receive an automatic email with all tracking information.

Back-orders:

Most orders ship same day, but if merchandise is not in stock, it will be placed on back-order for up to 90 days. Back-orders will be shipped free via standard UPS Ground Service, some restrictions may apply. One Order – One Delivery Charge. Back-orders under $10.00 will be cancelled.

Damaged, Lost, Or Short Shipments:

It doesn’t happen often, but if it does, call your local courier office immediately, and advise TMT Toolbox so that we can reship and place a claim. Please keep damaged goods and containers until the claim is closed.

Truck Shipments:

TMT Toolbox is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost by motor freight carriers. If the shipment is damaged or short one or more packages, please have it noted by the truck driver on receipt and freight bill. If you accept a short or damaged shipment from the truck driver without proper notation by the driver, you do so at your own risk. All truckload and LTL shipments are FOB Shipping Point.

Claims:

Claims must be made within 2 days after receipt of merchandise.

Returns:

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order and arrive prepaid in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and sell-able. Call 865-724-2516 to request a Return Goods Authorization. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused. Returns due to customer error are subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge. TMT Toolbox reserves the right to deny a return.

Only $10.00, to cover processing costs on your end and ours.

Warranty:

All products and services are free from defects under normal use when correctly installed and maintained. All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Pictures are general representations of the product and may include optional equipment.
